According to our policy, the admission is restricted to people between 16 and 45 years old.
Lost Inn Porto is a youth-focused social hostel, designed for travellers who are looking to meet new people, engage in social activities and enjoy a lively, friendly atmosphere.
As part of our identity, we promote shared experiences, music, group dinners, and daily social gatherings. If you’re looking for a quiet, early-to-bed environment, we may not be the right fit. We want to ensure that all our guests feel comfortable and free to connect, chat, and make the most of their time with us – without feeling like they have to tiptoe around the hostel.

Our standard rate is our more flexible option. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days (inclusive) before your arrival date. If you cancel after that period, you will be charged for the first night.
Please note that if you choose this rate, no charges will be made to your credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card information is kept solely to secure your reservation. Payment will be made at check-in, unless the penalty for the first night applies due to a late cancellation.
Now more than ever, we understand the need for flexibility. That’s why our non-refundable rate is now flexible. This means that you can change your reservation up to 2 days (inclusive) before your arrival date, and the amount already charged will be used as a credit for your new booking dates.
If you select the non-refundable rate, your credit card may be charged for the full amount at any time after booking. If the card is declined, we will contact you for an alternative payment method. Your reservation will be cancelled if we do not receive a valid payment method within 24 hours.
Admission: Admission can also be denied to people under visible Influence of Alcohol or other substances.
Groups: Different conditions apply for group bookings. If your reservation includes more than 8 people, please contact us at groups-lostinnlisbon@lostinn.eu.
Room allocation: If your booking is not for a private room, we cannot guarantee that all members of your group will be assigned to the same room.
– Your personal data will only be used to communicate with you regarding your reservation or to inform you about our social events. Any other use will require your explicit prior consent.
– You can exercise your data protection rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability) by emailing bookings-lostinnlisbon@lostinn.eu.
– Lost Inn Lda, headquartered at Beco dos Apóstolos 6, 1200-028 Lisbon, is the data controller. Your data will be retained for up to 2 years, stored on a secure server with restricted access, and protected through secure communication protocols.

– FrontDesk Master Ltd does not own or operate any travel services.
– The contractual agreement is between you and the property, not FrontDesk Master Ltd.
– For booking amendments or cancellations, you must contact the property directly.
